Dear Mr. Herger:

In January of 2009 I contacted your district office and complained that Mr. Barry Soetoro had not been “vetted” as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Your office replied with a form letter to me which said “everything had been checked out by the Annenberg Foundation (A former Soetoro (aka BHO) place of employment) (via FACTCHECK.ORG) and your staff implied that “all is well in Zion.”

I would like to state that nearly every other Congressman sent out the same exact form letter that you used to every patriot that also sent letters to their Congressmen and Congresswomen (using a different font, and with minor wordage changes.) I am unaware of a single letter from any of the 435 Representatives “of the people” who did not use the same bogus propagandized form letter.

Last month (Nov 2010) patriots of America discovered (via a leaked Congressional document) that there had been a Pelosi inspired and approved document that the Congressional Research Service put out to all of you Congressmen. It was entitled “Qualifications for the Office of President of the United States and Legal Challenges to the Eligibility of a Candidate.” Patriots, like me, dubbed it What-to-Tell-Your-Bonehead Constituents. It went viral and thousands of copies are “OUT THERE” and it cannot be denied. You can see it on the internet at:

You have remained silent on this matter for nearly two years now. This coming Jan 20, 2011 will be the anniversary of the date you allowed an illegal alien to be sworn in as Commander in Chief of our military and to be sworn in as the President of the United States. YOU VETTED HIM TO BE LEGAL…YOU ARE UP TO YOUR NECK IN THIS CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS. SHAME ON YOU!

I am going to present a summary of the issue to you again:

#1. Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO) is NOT a natural born citizen as mandated by the US Constitution. His father was a Kenyan national, and BHO Sr. also a citizen of Britain. If Soetoro is a natural born citizen which country is he a natural born citizen of: Kenya? Britain? Indonesian? America?

#2. It’s been shown via early school records that Mr. Soetoro is shown as an INDONESIAN citizen.

#3. It has been alleged that Mr. Soetoro visited Pakistan in the eighties. No US Passport has been discovered for this visit…so apparently he traveled under an Indonesian passport…again, showing him to be a citizen of Indonesia (only Indonesian citizens can obtain an Indonesian passport.)

#4. A Kenyan Land Minister stated in Parliament that Obama was “born in Kenya, and not even a NATIVE BORN CITIZEN of America.” This again, would not allow Mr. Soetoro to be a president if true.

Regarding #4: On or after July 4, 2010 you received a certified letter from Lucas Daniel Smith stating he had proof that Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO) was born in Kenya. Every Congressional Representative and every US Senator received a certified copy of this letter and a facsimile of this Kenyan birth certificate. Apparently you tossed this certified letter in the garbage, and you ignored all the words therein. SHAME ON YOU!

This all leads me to the matter that I am writing again to you about. And that is the matter of Lieutenant Colonel Terrance Lakin. Unlike you, LTC Lakin was concerned about the National Security of our nation. He was troubled by the fact that perhaps Mr. Soetoro had not been properly vetted by you and your fellow Representatives. Since those in his chain of command refused to address the simple request of verifying the question of Mr. Soetoro’s NATURAL BORN CITIZENSHIP qualifications, LTC Lakin was given an unconstitutional trial in a military kangaroo court. The Military Court Judge, Ms. Lind, refused Lt. Colonel Lakin any constitutional rights…he was forbidden discovery, subpoena power, forbidden to call witnesses, and especially the Military refused to answer to his original question… Is Soetoro a legitimate Commander in Chief? The military hopes to bury the truth by locking up Lakin.

It is outrageous that modern day Iraqi and Afghanistan TERRORISTS captured on the battlefield are given more constitutional rights than a Lt. Colonel in our Military. It is an outrage and cannot stand!

At the end of this letter I have enclosed your voting record of the years 2009 and 2010. While LTC Lakin was fighting for the security of our nation and was attempting to uncover the true citizenship of this illegal alien in the White House (and the illegal alien acting as our COMMANDER IN CHIEF) you and your bunch was sitting on Capitol Hill voting on such important matters as “protecting free-roaming horses and burros?” And another earth shattering matter was, “Federal employees getting four weeks of paid parental leave…?” GIVE ME A BREAK! While you slept through most of your term in Congress…Lakin was on the battlefield in court attempting to guard our nation against a potential non-citizen Muslim traitor. SHAME ON YOU!

There is a parable that perhaps only you and I would understand. It is the Parable of the Nobleman and the Tower (D&C 101: 43-62). I would restate it by saying that the master would be us, WE THE PEOPLE, and YOU are the servant that we have placed in the orchard to plant the trees, to build a tower and then to hire watchmen to watch over us and our possessions. Like the servants in the story, you FAILED to heed our orders to BUILD THE TOWER nor hire watchmen to watch over us.

But then again… LTC Lakin WAS “A WATCHMAN” (without a physical tower) and HE GAVE ALARM THAT THERE WAS AN IMPOSTER IN OUR MIDST. He questioned the qualifications of Soetoro and he was imprisoned for his service to WE THE PEOPLE. You and your fellow servant, Harry Reid have been slothful in your duties that we have elected you to perform. SHAME ON YOU!

Therefore, I am calling you to repentance. I hope you remember the 4 “R’s” of repentance:
1. Recognition. We must recognize what we have done wrong.
2. Remorse. We must feel godly sorrow for our mistakes. This sorrow should lead us to confess our sins to those we have injured and, in serious cases, confess to our spiritual leaders.
3. Restitution. We must try to restore what has been lost as a result of our transgressions.
4. Resolve. We must resolve never to commit the sin again.
Could I suggest that you repent and immediately take up the matter of whether or not an illegal alien is now the Commander in Chief of our military? I dare you to question Mr. Soetoro openly!

If Mr. Soetoro is NOT a US Citizen as shown in Mr. Smith’s Kenyan Birth Certificate then we have a Constitutional crisis of unsolvable dimensions. If he is to be found to be a Kenyan Citizen, or found to have been an INDONESIAN citizen, traveling on an Indonesian passports, then every piece of paper that he has signed for the last 2 years is null and void. None of the tax bills are valid. Not a single act of Congress nor any matter brought before the Supreme Court has any merit, because the Constitutions states that ALL BILLS must be presented to and signed by a legitimate sitting president. Currently we have NO SUCH PRESIDENT. Therefore our government failed to exist as of Jan 20th, 2009!

In effect, our Constitution is dead, our nation is dead! I don’t know how it ever can be resurrected. But the longer we wait to address this matter, the more this cancer will fester until our nation is lost forever.

But regardless, you are still in the “pretend office” of US Representative. Not a single bill you vote on or don’t vote on matters, because you no longer have any constitutional authority to do so. You will NEVER have that authority to be a Representative of the People until we get our Constitution back. However, the masses are lulled to sleep and perhaps they don’t care that the Constitution is dead. Few seem to want to do anything about it. But I do!

So I am asking you to use whatever pretend power you think you have…to intercede in Lt. Colonel Lakin’s behalf. Call for a congressional investigation…call for a committee hearing or whatever it takes. For once in your political career, please convince your fellow Congressmen to have as much compassion for LTC Lakin as they did for “free-roaming horses and burros.” And please, please give Lakin as much constitutional rights as your illegal alien, Soetoro gave to imprisoned foreign TERRORISTS.

This matter will not go away. I promise to hound you into eternity. Whether or not you will ever be accountable in this life for your unworthy service to our Constitution…I promise you that you will someday face me in the hereafter…and I shall have the same charges concerning you then that I have for you today…You’ve been a slothful servant to WE THE PEOPLE. You let our Constitution die on YOUR WATCH. There’s an illegal alien in the White House…and YOU allowed it!

SHAME ON YOU!
